How do I locate a specific item on the website?

You can type in the exact name or catalog number of the item into the Search field appearing in the upper right-hand section on every page of our website.

What is the return policy?

At this time, we do not offer any refunds. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving for store credit/exchange towards another item.

To ensure your satisfaction, all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately at support@shopransomhome.com and we will attempt to correct the situation.

Do I need proof of my order for returns?

Proof of purchase is required to issue credit for eligible items. We will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

  • Original Receipt (this includes printed store or gift receipt, eReceipt, or electronic order confirmation)
  • Packing Slip

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support at support@shopransomhome.com. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also sign up for alerts on a courier website.

What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a defective order?
